Feng Shui Four Celestial Animals
These are the four celestial animals - the dragon, the phoenix, the tiger and the tortoise. They represent the perfect site in landform school of Feng Shui, the original classical school. It is believed that every house or building is surrounded by the spirits of these four symbolic animals. Ideally these four directions should be harmonious (from the height, forms and shapes) with each other but unfortunately, this is difficult to achieve in modern days because you do not have control of the landscape e.g. topography and structures around you. Therefore you could invite these four celestial animals to artificially make up for that and bring good feng shui into your homes. They should be placed in the house according to their cardinal directions. The location of dragon is in the east, the phoenix in the south, the tiger in the west, while the tortoise is in the north. These locations will bring you good health, power, wealth and career luck.
Alternatively, you can arrange them according to the armchair formation, where the Phoenix is place in the front portion of the house, the tortoise at the back, the dragon on the left (inside looking out) and the tiger on the right.
