Purple Clay Sand Zisha Liu Hai Sitting On Money Frog
This is a good fortune symbol depicting Liu Hai with a friendly expression sitting on a money frog, teasing it with a coin. This figurine is made of purple clay, or Zisha - a fine textured and porous material found only in Yixing, China. Also known as Yixing clay.
Liu Hai a.k.a. Liu Har was a minister in the Imperial government of 10th century China. He was an outstanding Taoist sorcerer and practitioner but he ended his days in exile. Legend has it that an elightened man came and transformed him into a immortal magician and gave him an immortal three-legged toad as a pet and companion that could bring him wherever he wished to go. Sometimes the toad would playfully hid from him and Liu Hai would had to tease him out with a string of gold coins or with a large gold coin, which is the only thing irresistible to the toad, as depicted in this figurine. Eventually, Liu Hai and the toad became a very important money, wealth and prosperity-attracting emblem. The toad had since also be known as the money frog.
According to ancient Chinese traditions and feng shui, placing Liu Hai with Money Frog in your working environment or house is a very effective way of attracting major income and prosperity luck within that space. Any inhabitant of an office or house where the pictures and symbols representing Liu Hai and his toad is placed will be benefited by his magic. Besides attracting abundance, Liu Hai and his Money Frog would also protect your existing wealth and prevent you from losing money. Therefore, even if you have nothing to complain about your current financial status, this figurine can still be helpful to you in ensuring a stable and steady flow of income.
Ideally, just like other wealth amulets and enhancers, place Liu Hai Sitting on Money Frog in the living room or lobby facing the entrance door (directly or diagonally) so that it can attract the prosperity energy from outside to the interior of the space.
