Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible here. If your order has not been shipped yet at the time we receive your email, a full refund will be made. If your order has been shipped, the sales is final.
Damaged Goods and Return Policy
We perform 100% quality check on all items before shipment. However, in the unlikelihood of the items being damaged during shipment, please inform by e-mailing us immediately. We will guarantee an arrangement for a replacement (subject to availability) at our cost or make a refund to you depending on your request. Any complaints for damage made after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained.
If you want to return the item for reasons other than it's damaged, you will have to bear the return cost. We will make a full refund minus shipping charges once item is received. The returned item has to be in its original packaging and still in resaleable condition. Item must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Our Products
The dimensions given for our products are approximate only and basically in the order of width x length x height.
The weight in pounds (lbs) will always be used to calculate the shipping charges. If the product comes with a box, the weight with box will be used instead.
Although each product is practically identical to the item shown on our website, you may notice subtle variations in the finishing or color of the item you receive. This reflects the crafted nature of the items. Variation in color could also be due to the lighting used when taking the pictures. Therefore, we cannot guarantee on the workmanship of our products that do not meet customer's personal quality expectations because there is no means for customers to physically inspect our products prior to purchase. We, however, try to show as many pictures our products as possible on our website in different angles and in close-ups so that customers could see clearly what they will paying for. Any doubts of the quality of the items, if any, should be made prior to purchase.
Out of Stock Policy
Our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as "Sold Out" or "Out of Stock" does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We will inform you via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will ship the other items in your order and refund the out-of-stock item. Partial refund on the shipping charge will be made if removing the out-of-stock item affects the total shipping charge.
