Thank you for your kind assistance to sort out. I have contacted Fedex this morning and collected the proof of delivery. What happened was the reception has send the package to a different Harish Muhammed who is a Geologist, without looking the designation. I am seriously sorry for the inconvenience caused. As our office is quite spread over into a lot of floors, it was quite confused to retrive the package this evening, as I had to wait till Mr.Harish returned back from his off-shore rig. I have collected the things this evening from Harish. In fact he tried to reach me when he received the package on 1st Oct. Unfortunately I was in Jakarta for Business meeting, and by the time i was back he left for the weekly crew-change monitoring in the Rig. But however thankyou and all the products were un-opened and in tact, with ecellent packings. It was a nice pleassure doing business with you. The one thing I want to point out is "YOU ARE A GOOD COMMUNICATOR AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED SERVICE PROVIDE.
