Description
These statues depict three personifications of Kwan Yin and Tan Xuan Zang monks seated on various auspicious animals.
1) Chinese Goddess of mercy and compassion or Kuan Yin sitting on a Fu Dog and Holding a Ruyi.
2) Chinese Goddess of mercy and compassion or Kuan Yin sitting on a Fish and holding a vase, a Feng Shui cure to bring success in business and good transitions.
3) Chinese Goddess of mercy and compassion or Kuan Yin sitting on a ceremonial elephant and holding a stalk of lotus, a Feng Shui cure to bring good fortune and auspicious beginnings.
4) Tan Xuan Zang meditating on a temple lion.
Commonly known to Chinese Kuanyin as the Goddess of Mercy, she is the most popular of the deity on Chinese altars, trusted and loved by all Chinese people. “One Who Hears the Cries of the World”, She hears those who call upon her and helps them even to lead them to the peace and happiness of the Western Heaven. Kuanyin is a savior with boundless compassion, a comforter of the sick, lost, senile, frightened, and unfortunate.
