Astrology : Feng Shui Zodiac Signs for the Months

Chinese Feng Shui Animal Zodiac

Taoist modalities deeply intertwined Feng shui with other such as astrology, face reading, and Chinese medicine in ancient China. The two are intended to be used in tandem and come from the same ocean of wisdom. Even today, experienced feng shui practitioners use astrology as part of the feng shui environmental analysis.

Feng Shui and astrology

In Feng shui, there are many systems of astrology, which depends on the feng shui practitioners’ preferences.  The Four Pillars (or Ba Zi), the Eight Mansions, and the Nine Star Ki are all part of this.

The twelve Chinese Zodiac animals, which are part of the Four Pillars astrology system, are well-known to many people. You may be aware of your zodiac sign, which is determined by your birth year. However, most people are unaware that your month, day, and hour of birth correspond to a zodiac animal sign.

The Twelve Chinese Zodiac Animal Signs

Year after year, the twelve zodiac animal signs cycle. The rat, ox (or cow), tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, ram (also known as goat or sheep), monkey, rooster, dog, and pig are among the animals (or boar). As each year corresponds to one of the twelve zodiac animals, the Twelve Earthly (or Terrestrial) Branches is a twelve-year cycle.

The Four Pillars considers the Taoist Five Elements, in addition to the Twelve Earthly Branches. Earth, metal, water, wood, and fire are the five elements. Each of the Twelve Earthly Branches travels through the Ten Heavenly Stems once every sixty years, resulting in a sixty-year astrological cycle.

We can apply the twelve zodiac animal signs to the twelve months of the year, which is your month pillar, in the same way, that we can apply the zodiac animals to a year.

Understanding Your Chinese Astrology

Knowing your year’s zodiac sign is useful, but your month’s zodiac sign can help you learn more about your own Chinese astrology. As a result, the month zodiac time can reveal more about your career, and relationships. When you work with a Four Pillars astrologer, they will be able to provide you with all four pillars, as well as your compatibilities and forecasts, just like a Western astrologer. A feng shui consultant, on the other hand, will use this information as part of your home consultation.
